The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. The Group comprises of a Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, an Executive Lounge, 532 guest rooms, 12 meeting spaces and 3 restaurants, collectively totaling 1800m2. Located at the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, it is the first accommodation, meeting and event space developed in this precinct.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Part-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at ibis & Pullman Hotel at Brisbane Airport.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences
• Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks
• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
• Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Bartender
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Have a “can do” attitude and a friendly demeanor
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory)
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
